Gloucestershire Young Carers
Gloucestershire Young Carers provides services for children and young people, from 8-24 years, who help to care for someone.
The person they care for may have physical or mental health needs, a disability or issues related to substance misuse.
They offer to meet with the young carer and their family to find out what support they need. They look at ways to make life as a young carer easier by providing child-friendly information and advice; helping the person who needs care to get the support that they need; offering the young carer group and individual support and activities; and finding other organisations or people who can also help.
