BZ Bodies
BZ Bodies is commissioned by Gloucestershire County Council to offer Healthy Lifestyle programmes for families. They work with families with children aged 5-15 years where one or more children in the family is over 92nd Centile in weight
The whole family can come along to their free 2-hour sessions run over 12 weeks. The first hour consists of a learning topic such as routines/habits, portion size, healthy snacks, and then the 2nd hour is an activity session run by a qualified sports coach. They also have snack time in between with a drink and healthy snack.
